    Unfortunately, Mr SM has not managed to deliver a well test flow rate, and to date, after so many years, IVZ has delivered no single proof that the resources could be produced economically.

    Wannabe oil companies that have only resources have no real value — only a speculative price for the potential in an uncertain future.
