well, I agree with you that they’re not going to sign “blindly.” However, here is zero EVIDENCE to date that anyone will sign anything meaningful without a flow test. Sure, someone may kick in a few bucks to keep the company afloat, but will they fund a two year exploration program and cover back costs without a flow test?
