    The Ppsa hasn’t been signed and that is the trigger for the rest.
    Clearly the company believed that would happen June last year.
    It’s easy to say they misled shareholders but I don’t buy that. I believe Ivz were mislead.

    IF you thought SM bare face lied why the fook would you still hold?
