I think the reason it wasn't shared is because it makes the Zim government look incompetent. It's not a good idea to make your host country look bad. Scott sharing it with an individual shareholder isn't a big deal from that perspective but putting it in an official company news release would potentially lead to it quoted in Zim newspapers. Would a newspaper quote a random HC user? Probably not.
I wouldn't say anything in Davy Boy's post is material information so there's no requirement for the company to publish it imo. It is interesting information nonetheless. I still hold that Invictus keeps their shareholders about as updated as the other companies I invest in (but I might just be investing in junk companies). However, it used to be the most open company I had seen, which is one of the reasons I initially invested. Invictus isn't as open as it used to be and is now just average imo.
