    We'll sit around at a higher SP for longer than you think because liquidity is a lot lower than the order book indicates, for obvious reasons. I'd wager the register is very tight now.

    Even if PPSA doesn't appear this year at all for whatever reason, I doubt we'll reach 3.X, and won't CR at single digit cents.
