I am not looking at August but making the point that in the last round of negotiations it can take a while to iron out the final sticking points.
Are you serious, SM has used "Very Close" several times now even in Dec last year. We have to take SM's word with a grain of salt now as he has repeatedly not given us the correct timeline, his fault or not, so now we can not trust any of his words.
