Invictus has literally been in this situation before their renames, when they were Sunbird. In that case, they did flow tests as a part of the sale process and the sale included debt with the assets.
Of course, in this case we won't need to worry because they're avoiding the pitfalls that they ran into previously, and I have full confidence that the PPSA will progress to completion before our runway runs out.
