ammie, you mean signing PPSA this Friday, June 27th? Hard to believe. I would think this is a big country event, and they would want to publicize the signing and have a ceremony. So I'm guessing they would announce the signing a week or so in advance, to have the media, politicians, and others there.. maybe President of Zimbabwe.
Well, I hope you are right but again, I don't think so... I guess we'll see soon.
