It's a big event but they didn't publicize it in that way last time. Not sure if the media knows (regardless of the date) and there's an embargo or how they manage it but apart from one early leak, they kept it watertight last time. I'm assuming that this time will be the same, given they have previously stated they don't want it leaked.
Agree that it seems unlikely but then, so every day seems unlikely now. Just waiting to be pleasantly surprised. It has to happen sometime.
