During project planning, seasoned Project Management spend considerable time and resources to identify project risks and to either eliminate or reduce those risks through planning, risk reduction or resolution strategies. I feel very confident that Scott and his team would have identified and addressed those risks that you have listed.
When I decided to invest in IVZ it was because I rated the Management as progressive based on their very 'can do' attitude. Scott and his team have already exceeded my expectations.
I project managed some 20 large projects in Zambia, Zimbabwe and RSA with all of my specialist managers being locals. The projects were delivered on time and within budget. Scott and his team are locals who have contacts that reach all levels of Government and the Industry that will be providing project support.
While I understand your concerns, I strongly recommend that you back the IVZ management who will in time contribute to your wealth and well being.
