The longer the govt takes to sign off on the PSA the more this will deter the big boys from investing. I have tramped around Southern and Central Africa for almost 50 years both in the military and in mining and I have no illusions as to the high risk involved here.
If this highly competent IVZ CEO and Board can't get this project off the ground then we know that most African states will continue to take the bribes etc and just ignore their own people and their sufferings. They will continue to grab the short term money and throw away their countries real potential.
But I have made my bet and I will see it out to the first drilling at least.
