if the country has never had a PSA it would be a fairly large undertaking as it will need to set the framework for the country moving forward.
I really don’t see it as an issue as it will align with the rest of Africa. They have now stated publicly it would be about 50/50 so it won’t fall from that too far
the land offering will subsequently release seismic and resource upgrades, far more important information
