    There was never a deadline promise in regards to DTC. Scott specifically said, that that is a question for the OTC. He sad when he expects it but made no commitment. No wonder he is hesitant to give info. Any guidance even when qualified with 'its not in our hands' gets taken as a firm and committed deadline.
