World markets are teetering on the edge of a razor blade precipice and much financial blood will flow if Biden is allowed to continue flailing about in his sea of confusion. Russia has lost all perspective as an ailing Putin seeks revenge on all and sundry. Penny stocks rank right at the very bottom of the pile and wild catting oilers and gas sniffers even lower than that! Especially if there is even a whiff of political instability.

Given the current lack of interest for anything carrying high risk, IVZ has done very well to hold it's current position.
