    For the very reason they need a success story the PSA will get done IMO.
    It is after all the way its done everywhere else and is probably pretty generic for the most part.
    Zim needs cash and investment, no better way than to tell the world you are open for business.
    I think Scott has been very clever in getting the new company onboard. He clearly has links right to the top and money to lose now.
    They also have the performance options which are due in June.
