So tell me, why did Scott give all these free oppies to PAC...

    So tell me, why did Scott give all these free oppies to PAC Partners on top of the standard 6% placement fee on amount raised for each placement?

    9,090,909 @ 17c exercise price
    4,375,000 @ 14c exercise price
    7,503,271 @ 35c exercise price

    Apart from one analyst report - what has the company received from PAC Partners? Scott has clearly made a marketing decision that gifting them these options would benefit/support the share price.
