I can understand delays to an extent, this is their first gig in drafting a PSA and will be a reference point for any future agreements, but yes my patience is starting to wear thin with the government now. If they consider this so strategically important then treat it that way, hold special sessions of parliament, do what you need to do to move things along.

I'm shocked we're this late in the day with so many unanswered questions all held up by what looks like government admin to an onlooker.

Africa moves at its own pace sure, but high time they show us some support and pull their fingers out. I'm glad IVZ has gone to pains to cut them in in addition to the PSA via the sovereign wealth fund and ordinary people having exposure through their pension funds, otherwise I'd be worried about their intentions on discovery.
