@ endee123.... You may want to check that your comment is correct "I think the fact that NI have over 5 million shares and still holding every unit...". Just to share some quick history with you, Next Investor held the following shares:
9/12/22 Shares held 3,692,102 and Options held 1,217,101
6/10/22 Shares held 4,987,102 and Options held 1,217,101
16/2/22 Shares held 6,706,980 and Options held 140,989
Shares (not Options) appear to have been reducing, happy to be proven wrong!.
