"Have the service providers agreed to that spud date. Nobody knows"
A spud date is set by the operator.....service companies don't usually get a say in the matter.
Service companies get notified of the spud date (or rough date) and its up to them to get their sh*t together and get their people and equipment to site accordingly.
Given that the well pad will have been completed now that means a month to get rig on location and all service providers ready as well.
