    You can say delayed discovery all you want and quote Scott all day.
    Notice how everything he says regarding a delayed discovery means NOTHING as we haven't had a discovery?
    I'd focus more on what has happened rather than what is said to of happened.
    Scott has also said the PPSA will be signed so many times in the last 3 years and he clearly hasn't been right about that regardless of what anyone says.
    Actions clearly speak louder than words. Scott needs to implement actions or everything is worthless.
