Would tend to agree that a PSA and farm out might be very closely announced together. Remember hearing around 4 May, the PSA was in the final stages and close to being completed. Perhaps a new farmout partner wanted to check it over and be directly involved and have a few comments. Maybe a agreement to enter into a binding contract has already been signed between Invictus and a farmout partner - on the basis that the PSA is finalised first. Either way, getting closer. Its a long slow process.
