Then you would know all the categories you have listed with companies no underlying cashflow are driven by greed and fear and nobody can really tell you the real value and are just guessing. Could be 60c ? could be 20c who knows what the market is feeling at the time.
Alot of these resource companies never get fully priced by the market until they are near production or have a takeover/farm in offer
