    If I were him I’d be happy to take the foot off the gas for a while, take a back seat to the show, and spend some quality time with family. With a big bagful of shares in the bottom drawer, I don’t think Scott will have to worry about the retirement plan once IVZ reaches full potential in a couple of years.
