US has left sanctions in place on any under-developed nation/country that has significant oil/gas or mineral reserves to stop them developing.
Cuba, Russia, Zimbabwe to name a few.
Whilst the initial sanctions may have been warranted against the regime at the time - elongated sanctions have been nothing short of keeping one’s foot on the back of the head to make them drown.
US is corrupt and crooked as buggery… its starting to come out of the wash a little…. Bring on BRICS.
