Since I work in finance / capital markets my two cents is that everyone knows 6' drilling in LA can transform the game as we are assuming that overpressure is due to the gas or liquid hydrocarbons. so rather than doing a CR now if he is smart he will do CR after drilling LA with 6' so that they can raise at a higher valuation .

I think now he might just get funds for 2024 operational expenses from a bank or offtake partner .

I think him being tight lipped there is something getting planned behind the curtains for the funding
