Re the likelihood of a near term CR :

Given that there’s only 4full trading days + 2 half trading days left this year, IMO no CR will be ANNby year’s end even if the Co. didhave the capacity to do so. Hence it is IMO that Scott will make such an ANN earlyin the NY, rather than what you’ve posted : (such funding is) “…..highly likely (to come) from the banks”.

It puzzles me why he wouldsay this i.e.

a) will – in his opinion – the banksmake an offer to provide funding or

b) will he seek funding from the banks?

My puzzle is, as a retiredaccountant – i.e. by
1) taking up a bank’s offer or b) seeking such funds froma bank/s , will incur unnecessary near-term Company borrowing costs, whereas

2) funding via a CR will cost the company zilch andthus will get swamped by applications from sophs and institutions, if they’re
given a SP incentive carrot .
