    What does Scott need to do to get a JV and pre sales from gas companies fast tracking this multi billion dollar asset

    10-15 million dollars and he won’t raise. Any donkey will know this will be a 2-3 billion dollar valuation on flow and production well of a 5 TCF resource right now which will continue to grow significantly as more data is incorporated in next 1-2 months

    Still end up north of $2.40 and he won’t raise
