I'd also much rather see a strategic stake sale than a SPP because it allows the market to recognise a tangible value for Invictus, even if it's likely to be at a discount initially. This not only more accurately reflects the project's potential worth but also significantly de-risks its future. The exciting part is the prospect of bringing in an experienced O&G player, particularly one with a history in developing gas-powered power plants. If such a partner were to invest in both the downstream and upstream segments, it could really energise the entire project and SP alike.
