Algeria takeover...AUD .49 cents per share x 1.4 billion shares AUD $686 million...sounds about right for a clean quick deal. The right guy on te BOD to help SM with the sums and the details. SM walks (gets new job and incentives with ZimAl the new consortium) with AUD $35 million family set up for a long haul...that is out of the way and away she goes.
