It is a non issue, until they get a decent farm in or Jv offer, or, alternate financing requires definitive parameters, then it becomes an issue. As it is being highlighted by the company now as being required, one could “assume” it is required for a reason.

Up until now dilution through raising has obviously been a lesser evil than what has been on the table, my greatest fear with this stock is it becomes a money trap for anyone going long, while a great asset to those trading, as has been the case so far. They need better financial solutions to avoid this, the PSA being completed to assist Mukuyu reaching fruition in a timely manner seems to be the catalyst that will see this finally done. Invictus can’t keep doing the same thing and expect to stay credible, people will vote with their feet.
