    I mean the PPSA has been imminent for like 2 years now. There's been times where Scott said it would be done in the next 2 weeks and this was months and months ago. Yet here we still are.

    Seismic was supposed to be end of Jan. The list goes on.

    Timelines given by IVZ mean nothing. It'll happen eventually but who knows when.
