Not worth as much as helium. Usually sold per kg in compressed format. Tanks in cars are normally 6-7 kg and the industry is trying to make the cost on par or cheaper than filling tanks with traditional fuels. You can convert natural gas into Hydrogen but the goal is ultimately use green or natural. If its only a low % of Hydrogen, they will probably just burn it as fuel like the natural gas rather than extract it.
