i was doing a little research on Minister Moyo and was interested to see he was presenting in the US this week looking for some low cost funding for energy security for Zimbabwe.

theres a section about halfway through that piqued my interest, as I’m almost certain that he’s referring to the PSA talks with the IVZ board, all but confirming they’ve already agreed on the deal.
