    Just an observation - I think it would be logical to think that with all @7seven7's years in the business and having an in depth knowledge of energy companies, including where they are located and how they tend to operate, he has reached a well informed conclusion. It may or may not come to pass but it's a "guess" that is worth noting due to the experience behind it. imo
