The US has always wanted regime change in a lot of rich African countries which would enable them to access the countries respective resources on a song. it's no secret that the US wants Zimbabwean resources that range from Lithium, Rare Earth minerals, Uranium and Chrome. Fortunately their projects have continuously failed as they're met with a very resilient population.
