Nobody with any nous would touch something that looks/seems to be owned. Yes, I am inferring that at any time, the market seems to have decided, it could be stripped from IVZ. Just my take.
This ppsa is essential in creating equity and security in the resource ownership. Until then, expect this to bleed.
Unfortunately IVZ has fkd around on this issue for 3 yrs and greatly underestimated its importance.
That being said they really have one last shot here. Timing is everything and fat hell of a chance there will be another cr right now. Time to string the psa and flow together and this is back on track. Like yesterday!
