For any LT holders (I came on after PEPDA), how long did it take to get Zim to sign the PEPDA? Was it something talked about and promised for a while or quickly signed?
I get the feeling that the PSA has been drawn out to see what Invictus is sitting on and to then strongarm a big % to Zim. They certainly could ask for 70+% right now. Scott has said we're better off without the PSA in terms of $$ but there's no $$ without one signed and in place.
Could be wrong, but we're certainly not in much of a bargaining position
