Now if SM is putting himself in the hot seat, there must be some major news dropping or why bother? Otherwise it is quite simply pointless.
So anything price sensitive and big, would generally be announced following a trading halt. For Scott to be free to discuss the details of the update legally, the TH will need to happen today.
