Agreed but the Ppsa has nothing to do with the exploration or production agreements.
Im not really sure, and I think SM is the same, why other companies are hung up on Ppsa to be honest.
The current agreement, which operates in Zim currently, has far better fiscal terms than the Ppsa will.
