It doesn’t have any effect until the first commercial sale, with the exception, it may balk investment in Invictus. That said, any investor seeking presale of gas is only interested in the cost of said gas at the well head, which can go forward anytime, as long as the gas is available, as it is not affected by Invictus profit margins or taxation.
