Have a look how they messed up the Aged pension. Had they left it the way it was instead of ''stealing'' the money into consolidated revenue we would have no problem funding the aged pension today and it would be worth nearly double.All they had to do was make sure it was soundly invested over the years. Like the industry funds who are so powerful today. Many write ups on that fiasco. Google it.
Always the short term, easy solution.
