It’s probably a valid point but whilst trolling through gazettes, bills and acts of Zim parliament I stumbled across where they are working on reparations for the land that was taken away under Mugabe. They are also working towards a 99 year lease, we had similar here in Australia called potential lease, which gives certainty around ownership.
The above stuff does appear to suggest the paper bag days may well be behind them?
