so reading about the motion & then the oppositions view, it would appear encouraging + they hold many of the views IVZ hold!
in summary, the opposition support motion & are asking why the hold up. They note the energy crisis in detail and seem bemused by the delaying by government.
certainly highlights the mood in Zim.
