    They had the same thing with the PEDPA.

    Was meant to drop in December, then it appeared in March I believe.

    so if this was meant to be March or April, I'd expect June -August somewhere.

    my main concern now is if Directors will take up shortfall.

    Shouldn't it have been announced now? since it closes on Thursday?
