The way I have read previous posts is that it had been gazetted to enter parliament for debate/amendment etc before hopefully being voted in to then be gazetted and signed off by the president? Have not seen any evidence to suggest that the PPSA has been debated in parliament but would love to be proven wrong! Need one of the canny detectives on board here to suss out where we actually stand with the PPSA progress. Could be days/weeks or even months away yet? We desperately need to get this thing signed do we can actually move again. At the moment we are a miner that isn’t mining!!
