yeah I think 5pm on the 6th is the last day. worth noting that the shortfall offer “Will stay open upto 3months”. which the way I read that they could of killed it 3 months ago. if which I suspect it closes with nothing happening, would b a considerable fail for BOD. i hope this doesn’t happen. keep in mind it also appears if they have done a deal for shortfall then they could also have closed it early. been a significant weight on SP and all done by BOD and financial advisors, which have been paid by SHs.
