The Africa Energy Summit provided quite a good load of info about the strategy and plan. As for the PPSA I don't think SM can provide anymore info on the timing of its finalisation as he just doesn't know like the rest of us. It did say in the preso that all amendments to it had been agreed to and was just awaiting finalisation. In that latest article he did say "definitely" this year but hopefully it's soon
