There is nothing market sensitive about outlinuing an expected timetable even one conditional on PPSA signing and he has had every opportubity to announce things prior to the webinar. I find it appalling that he keeps saying the PPSA is ready to sign. They are paying to hold a rig idle, he has said they are ready to shoot 3D seismic to better define where to drilling but have not started drilling. To be credible he needs to outline a timeline that can potentually rerate the company i.e. shoot the seismic and start processing it so that he can drill another well or reenter the existing well at a 40% discount and test it!
