    How can you define a timeline when you can't afford to do it 'yet'.

    Their remaining cash is paying for the idle rig and corporate costs so until they get a new cash injection then they can go mobilising service providers to go and do things. Until Mangwana investors actually hand over the cash is when they can go off again signing contracts.
