There is nothing market sensitive about outlinuing an expected timetable even one conditional on PPSA signing and he has had every opportubity to announce things prior to the webinar. I find it appalling that he keeps saying the PPSA is ready to sign. They are paying to hold a rig idle, he has said they are ready to shoot 3D seismic to better define where to drilling but have not started drilling. To be credible he needs to outline a timeline that can potentually rerate the company i.e. shoot the seismic and start processing it so that he can drill another well or reenter the existing well at a 40% discount and test it!

Clearly there are things that need to happen before any of that information can be released. Even dates will be dependent on other items. He knows as soon as he names a date or even a quarter, and it does not happen you'd be the 1st to criticise and want his head on a platter.
